  • We offer a 6-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 6 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

  • Items that are used, washed, or altered after delivery.

  • Requests raised after 6 days from delivery.

  • Refunds are only applicable for prepaid orders.

  • For eligible cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Bank or payment gateway delays may take additional time beyond our control.

🚚 Replacement Process

  1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.

  2. Share clear images or videos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, a free replacement will be shipped.

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds.

  • In case of approved issues, a replacement will be provided instead.

  • Pickup availability depends on your serviceable location.

  • If pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
