At Floormat.in, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India to most serviceable pin codes.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all prepaid orders.

  • Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

⏱ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or non-metro areas may require additional time.

🔄 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

🚫 Undelivered / RTO Orders

  • For COD orders, failed deliveries may not be re-shipped

  • For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the order returns to us, as per our Refund Policy.

📍 Address Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.

📦 Damaged Packages

  • If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

  • If accepted, issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
