Free delivery on all prepaid orders.

Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
📦 Delivery Timeline

Remote or non-metro areas may require additional time.
🔄 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
🚫 Undelivered / RTO Orders

For COD orders, failed deliveries may not be re-shipped

For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the order returns to us, as per our Refund Policy.
📍 Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct.

📦 Damaged Packages
